The Body Shop: Almond Body Butter & Macadamia Body Butter Duo

Have I mention that I'm a big fan of The Body Shop: Coconut Body Butter before?! I decide to get more of their different scents while they are having a sale for just SGD $10 each. What a steal compared to the original price of SGD $30.90.

My personal favourite will be their coconut scented one which is a limited edition here in Singapore *Sob* *Sniff*! Since I can get that any more I thought I would get both Almond and Macadamia to try out.

The Body Shop: Almond Body Butter (SGD $30.90) is for Normal/Dry skin types. It's very rich with a soft and creamy texture. I find that those with softer and creamier texture tend to takes a longer time to soak into the skin  a bit greasy for me, probably it is targeted for those with drier skin types. I usually will only just use this at night before bed. It has a light nutty Almond scent which is not at all overpowering.

The Body Shop: Macadamia Body Butter Duo (SGD $32.90) is for Normal skin Areas/Zones and Dry skin Areas/Zones, it provides 2 levels of moisturisation in just 1 convenient tub. The white side is very rich with a softer and creamier texture is for drier skin/zones, while the darker colour side is for normal skin/zones is a bit harder and thicker but also creamy in texture which I preferred because it adsorbs into the skin beautifully and easily. I can't say that the scent smells like macadamia but I do like the scent better then the almond one, it has light floral scent that doesn't linger on the skin for too long which is great for laying perfume on if you are going out.

I love their wide range of scents in their body butter and I do much preferred those with harder, thicker and creamy texture over the softer ones. Definitely will repurchase,  the macadamia is great and I do like it.There is still more that I would love to try.

Any Body Butters Scent that you might want to try out? Any favourites?

Marc Jacobs: Style Eye-Con No. 7 Plush Eyeshadow ( #202 The Tease Palette)

Marc Jacobs beauty line really made me very pump up, flustered and way to excited. There are still 2 more eyeshadow palettes I want (#204-The Starlet & The Shoe Gazer from their trios palette). In the end I decided I should get the palette with my favourite colours which is #202-The Tease palette.

I've not try a lot of luxury brand eyeshadows besides Dior palettes which I love, I am happy and glad that I'm stepping out of my comfort price zone to try this palette here. The packaging is pretty slim, sleek, chic, and it comes with a black cloth case and a single sponge-tip applicator which is stuck at the bottom of the casing with I rather they completely not include it.

Anyway most luxury brands packaging always look incredible, I'm a sucker when it comes to packaging and always drawn to the packaging first before I swatch anything on my hands. I've got pretty high expectations since I saw the review on Temptalia, even though #202-The Tease was rated at 8.5/10 lower then #204-The Starlet at 9.5/10.  So let us get on to:

Marc Jacobs: Style Eye-Con No. 7 Plush Eyeshadow ( #202 The Tease Palette) (SGD $81) contains 7 shadows which the colours selection work really well together. The colour payoff is excellent and they are extremely easy to blend. The texture is a bit of a mixture, from left on the picture below the first 5 shades are creamy and buttery, the last two shades are a bit more powdery (Don't need to worry they are still very easy to blend and I don't have a problem with fall-outs).

  • The Tease #1 - A cool-toned medium-dark purple with a slightly shimmery finish.
  • The Tease #2 - A muted cool-toned grey with purple undertones.
  • The Tease #3 - A pale pastel pink.
  • The Tease #4 - A pale muted peach with a soft golden sheen.
  • The Tease #5 - A light-medium pink with yellow undertones and frosty finish.
  • The Tease #6 - A fuchsia-magenta matte colour with micro pink shimmers that doesn't show up when applied on the skin.
  • The Tease #7 - A warm-toned burgundy with red and violet micro-shimmers.
Overall I love their shadows and I'm willing to splurge, although I love their sleek-chic packaging it just seems not weighty enough compare to the rest of the luxury brands out there. That actually makes it feel a bit cheap.

Never the less I still like the formula enough for me to splurge on another 1 or maybe 2 palettes soon *heehee*. Have you tried them yet? Or is there any other luxury brands of eyeshadows that you prefer? I would love to hear your thoughts.

Marc Jacobs: Genius Gel Super-Charged Foundation

Marc Jacobs beauty line has finally reach Singapore's shores in Sephora. I am so freaking excited about  their products. I got this during Good Friday which falls on the 18th April and it just so happen to be my birthday, I went a bit crazy and bought a lot more then I expected, might be going back to get a few more (*HeeHee!*).

Okay, I might be a bit too over excited but I simply just can't contain how happy I am to find their Genius Gel Super-Charged Foundation. Never in a million years that I would expect myself to fall in love with a foundation with a satin-finish, I am always a matte kind of girl because I have quite an oily T-Zone and in Singapore it is difficult to maintain that kind of 'dewy look' with the extremely hot and humid weather.

P.S & FYI : I was messing around testing out their products on my hands in Sephora, everything came to a stop when I was touching and testing this foundation on my hands (I know I'm being dramatic..). But it feels so dammed light-weight and seems like there is nothing on my hands, a salesgirl came and told me that she had put on 3 layers for full coverage. Surprise that it does not look heavy or cakey at all!

That is the moment, I'm completely sold on the foundation!! I was thinking what the heck, its my birthday and I should treat myself to something (heavy damaged done!!). OKAY... So..

Marc Jacobs: Genius Gel Super-Charged Foundation (Bisque Light) (SGD $75) is an anti-aging, long-wearing, gel foundation. The foundation is formulated with coconut water extracts so its hydrating. It includes anti-aging properties and 'soft focus powder' which diffuses light for a subtle, glowy effect. If you're going for a full coverage, don't hesitate to layer it on and there is no need to worry   It also includes anti-aging properties and “soft focus powders” which diffuse light for a subtle, glowy effect. If you’re going for a lot of coverage, don’t hesitate to layer this on because it doesn’t look or feel cakey at all. Completely feels like some sort of skincare serum/gel and blends in beautifully without any problem.

Lasting power with primer, setting powder and setting spray is around 5 - 6 hours depending on the weather here in Singapore. Ever since I got this foundation I've been wearing it none stop, I'm obsessed by the fact that I don't feel like I have anything on yet looking very natural with 3 layers of coverage!

I did notice it is scented but it doesn't really bothers me at all because the scent doesn't linger that long to irritate me. Just 2 word to describe how I feel "IN LOVE". Just swoop into the nearest Sephora and give it a try. 100% without doubt I 'm recommending to buy it! I am sure you would love it.

Have you tried anything from Marc Jacobs beauty line yet? What are you loving?
(Reviews on their eyeshadow palettes, pen eyeliners and lip vinyl will be coming soon.)

Tarte BB Tinted Treatment 12-hour Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen

So what exactly is this? A primer,  BB cream, Tinted Moisturizer, light foundation or what? Well it is all of that and more. It is a long-wearing, oil free, tinted-moisturizer with primer, a light foundation that has a proprietary blend of natural diamond powder, plants, lipoamino acids that diffuses light and minimizes the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and pores while improving the appearance of skin luminosity like a BB cream.

It is a Broad-spectrum, chemical-free SPF 30 offers ideal protection from the sun's harmful UVA/UVB rays. Not forgetting that Tarte is Cruelty Free and their products are formulated without :

  • Parabens
  • Mineral Oil
  • Phthalates
  • Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
  • Synthetic Fragrance, ETC...

Tarte: BB Tinted Treatment 12-hour Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen - Light (SGD $54) can actually be use on its own as a foundation, it provides a medium buildable coverage, even outs the skin tone, disguises the pores and increases the overall wear time of makeup applied over it. The texture feels silky and velvety smooth like a light-weight mousse serum .

I love this hybrid primer but how I wish they could add a little bit extra like making it water or sweat proof, it will be the perfect holy grail primer for the humid weather of Singapore. Besides that it is just way over-priced and there is only 4 colours to choose from.

It is a fairly easy product to apply to the face, just use your fingers they will blend in really nicely. (Comparing to my Rachel K CC cream which I use as a primer.)

Overall it is a good primer, for my skin type: oily combination I still have to use Urban Decay's De-Slick setting spray even with any other primer on my extremely oily T-Zone. Other then that I would love it more if it wasn't for the price.

An interesting product! Tried it yet? Do share!
I would love to hear your thoughts!

The Body Shop: Olive Textured Body Scrubs

This is a long neglected product from The Body Shop, I heard so many rave reviews about their Body Butter and yet nobody seems to mention their Textured Body Scrubs. This has been in my bath & body care for a steadily of 10 years at least.

There are a few kinds of body scrubs in The Body Shop, the Olive Textured Body Scrubs has always been my favourite and I will always keep a back-up of it somewhere in the apartment. I prefer this creamy scrub to their new sugar scrub because in Singapore it will attract a lot of ants and I do not welcome insects of any kind in my place *EeeeeKs!*.

*For your info I do like a bit more abrasive scrubs for my body. This scrub is meant for normal to dry skin(I've normal skin) but I find that different skin types still able to use because I've introduce this to my friends and family with different skin types and they love it too.

The Body Shop: Olive Textured Body Scrub (SGD $30.90) is a moisturizing, cream-based, gentle exfoliating body scrub that helps remove dead skin cell very effectively and leave my skin feeling extremely soft and smooth, and really helps the body moisturizer adsorbs faster afterwards.  It contains exfoliating crushed walnut shells and olive stones for a smoother skin.

The scent is not that noticeable in my opinion. I love how my skin feels moisturize when I used this scrub. Unless I find something else that is more affordable, organic, without any parabens, and those nasty chemicals I will going back to this.

One of my favourites and holy grail body care products of all time!
If you like a bit more abrasive scrub for your body like me you will definitely want to try this and I am sure you will love it as much as I do!

Any favourite body scrubs? I would like to try out some new ones. Any recommendations please let me know?

Smashbox : Full Exposure Palette

 First row - shimmery eyeshadows
Second row - matte eyeshadows

Today I want to share my new favourite palette - The Smashbox Full Exposure palette. I never really thought of getting this palette at all, not that the colours are not nice but I simply love the idea of  shimmery eyeshadows a row and matte shadows another row. And since Sephora is no longer carry Lorac and I serious doubt that I will ever get it in Sephora Singapore I thought I might just give Smashbox a try.

Let's start with the packaging, a sturdy, sleek black palette (the only thing that is bothering me is the texture of the packaging, it seems to be the same like the Nars packaging and can attract any dirt/thing) , comes with a great size mirror and a duo-ended eye shadow brush (a lot better then the Urban Decay Naked palettes brush). A spilt-fiber eyeshadow and a fluffy blending brush, as well as a large sheet of eye makeup tutorial.

Smashbox: Full Exposure (SGD $73 @ Sephora Singapore) has a excellent selection of colours from brown, nudes, greys and 2 kinds of finish from shimmery to matte. The pigmentation of the shadows are great, all shadows are not chalky including matte ones and the texture has a velvet finish to it, no fall-outs for the matte shadows. The split-fiber brush, it does not pack on the glitters on the eyelid that well and you might have to use another brush just for the glitters, and the formula of a couple shimmery shades just don't as well as I like, comparing to the Urban Decay alternatives. The rest is great and as for the longevity of the shadows is not much of a problem now a days, just use a eyeshadow primer.

First row of shimmery eyeshadows from left to right (S1 - S7)

S1 - Chocolate Brown with Golden Pearl
S2 - Deep Golden Brown with Gold Pearl
S3 - Soft Gold with Gold and Sliver
S4 - Light Tan with Gold and Sliver
S5 -Golden Wheat with Gold Pearl
S6 - Mid-tone Slate with Sliver Pearl
S7 - Rich Grey with Multi-colour and Sliver Pearl

Second row of matte eyeshadows from left to right (M1 -M7)

M1 - Matte Warm Chocolate Brown
M2 - Matte Mid-tone Brown
M3 - Soft Matte Mid-tone Tan
M4 -Creamy Matte Beige
M5 - Soft Light Taupe
M6 - Ashy Dark Brown
M7 - Suede Black

I am very happy to have got this palette, I wasn't that sure of this palette at first and now I am just glad I got it. A really great everyday palette for work to play, those matte shadows are exceptionally buttery soft and perfectly blend-able.

It is definitely worth taking a peek for my fellow neutral eyeshadows lover!
Another time for another palette I guess *heehee*!

Enjoy your day!
XOXO... Diana...

Bare Minerals: Active Cell Renewal Night Gel

Hi my lovely ladies!! As I promised, I will give you my thoughts on the Bare Minerals Active Cell Renewal Night Gel now. I will have a link to my previous post on the Bare Minerals Illuminating White Treatment below.

As you know that I managed to grab both from Sephora sales section for only SGD $20 each. The packaging is really simple and clean, it comes with a pump for a easy dispensing of the product.
The only bad thing about the packaging is that you could not see how much is left in the bottle at all.

Bare Minerals: Active Cell Renewal Night Gel (50g/ 1.7 fl oz)is formulated without parabens, synthetic fragrances, artificial oils and for use on wet skin prior to night time sleep. This treatment helps maximize cellular renewal, accelerates cell turn over and boosts moisture levels while we sleep and we will wake up to a radiant, younger looking skin(thats what Bare Minerals are claiming). Their ActiveSoil Complex is the ingredient powering the skincare, it contains a blend of beneficial macro and micro minerals.

The texture is milky white and gel like, adsorbs into my skin very fast without leaving any stickiness. I don't see that significant huge difference but I can feel how soft and smooth my face felt in the morning when I wake up. It is doing its job I guess, slow but steady!

It is quite impressive I must say, I love everything that it is doing to my skin. I will buy if I don't have so many other skin care to use up *AheM* .

Have a nice day & see yall soon!!

The Body Shop: Tea Tree Cool & Creamy Wash

I have always and will always try different brands and types of facial cleanser, its been like that ever since I started using them when I was a teenager. I have a total of 4 different brands/types now rotating in my skincare regime including this relatively new one from The body Shop from their Tea Tree Line. I wanted to get a facial wash that can be use 1 or 2 weeks before 'the time of the month' for controlling my blemishes and have been using and trying out for the past 2 weeks I'm liking it so far.

The Body Shop: Tea Tree Cool & Creamy Wash (SGD $20.90 for 100ml/3.3fl oz) is described as a deep cleansing daily wash which leaves skin velvety-soft with a blast of cool freshness without drying out our skin. It contains TeaTree Oil and Salicylic Acid to banish blemish causing bacteria yet calms the skin. I have notice that there isn't any Sulfate in the ingredient list which is good news! This is a creamy cleanser so it doesn't foams up, so some people might not like it if you are those that prefer the foaming type.

You might feel a cooling and refreshing sensation. It feels very relaxing and perks me up in the morning especially. I haven't notice a huge difference with my blackheads but it does control the blemishes well enough. As for removing makeup, its not a problem for me since I do using makeup remover first before cleansing my face.

The final conclusion?! I do like it because it does not dry out my skin and it is great as a preventive measure. I will still continue to finish it up, will buy if I haven't had so many cleanser every time to try out. Have you tried this yet? Any favourite cleanser?

Other Facial Cleanser I've used and reviewed:

Yves Rocher: Rinsing Vinegar (For all Hair Types)

Hi Ladies!! Has anybody heard of vinegar for hair?! I was so intrigued that I went Yves Rocher just to get the product, it is the best selling cult product from the brand and is sold out pretty soon every time they stock up. Since I love their perfume so much which I had reviewed previously which I will link below, I decided to try more of their products.

But for now before I got too excited and carried away, lets start on their Rinsing Vinegar. The packaging is pretty simple, comes in a sturdy plastic bottle with a cute screw top.  You simply shampoo and condition your hair, make sure you rinse out everything and just put some Rinsing Vinegar in your hair, spread it well and finally rinse off thoroughly (you could leave on for 5 mins like I did if you like to).

Yves Rocher: Rinsing Vinegar (SGD $15 for 150ml/ 5 fl oz) is a raspberry vinegar which is

  • Silicone Free
  • Paraben Free
genuine traditional remedy to enhance the natural shine of our hair and leave it radiant. Vinegar is used  on hair as a clarifying rinse to remove product build-up and smooths the cuticles that have been damaged by frequent hair-washing. The acid is suppose to balance our hair's pH. Just the scent alone smells heavenly and it is suitable for all hair types. It helps quite a bit in restoring the shine to my dyed hair and leave my hair feeling soft after my hair was air-dryed.

There are cheaper ways to create a similar results like apple cider vinegar which you would have to dilute and if you could tolerate the smell. Getting this is way easier and much more convenient. So I will definitely get more after finishing this bottle.

Have a great weekend everybody!

Benefit: Lolli Tint + Posie Tint (Lip & cheek Stain) & High Beam (Highlighter)

I've been dying to get my hands on the latest Benefit Lolli Tint and I finally got it in Sephora Singapore, they are launched in March. I never liked liquid or cream products on my cheeks due to Singapore's hot and humid weather, anything liquid or cream just not going stay but I was very attracted to the candy-orchid colour and decided to just dive in and give it a go.

I was in the queue waiting to pay and when I saw the Cheek Me Out!( Posie Tint & High Beam) in a mini bottles and decided to get it too for comparing both tints since it is a reasonable price, plus I get a bonus the High Beam (highlighter) which I can try and test out too. They looked so darn cute and very convenient to chuck it in the purse compared to the big bottle of Lolli Tint.

Benefit Lollitint Lip & Cheek stain (SGD $51) is described as a "candy-orchid tint". It's a pinky-lavender colour with blue undertones. The texture is watery and looks very natural whether it is on the lips or cheeks. You can tell it looks more pink with blue undertone on and not really see the lavender on my lips and cheeks. I do need to put on a lip balm to moisturize my lips on top of both tints.

Benefit: Cheek Me Out! (SGD $21 for Posietint 4.0ml /0.13fl oz & High Beam 4.0ml/ 0.13fl oz)
Benefit Posietint Lip & Cheek stain is a cool bright pink, suits and more wearable for all skin tones rather then Lollitint. The texture is slightly thicker and not too runny or watery compare to Lollitint, looks a bit more brighter too. It is still very natural if you love that kind of natural looking flush on the cheeks with a nice light pinky lips.

Benefit High Beam is an luminizing pink liquid highlighter. The texture is creamy and blends in beautifully onto the cheekbones and brow bones with an angelic sheen. You could even even mix with your moisturizer or foundation for an all over glow.

The tints and highlighter all looks very natural, if you are some one that likes natural looking make up I am sure you are going to love these! The lasting power was okay for me, I just have to reapply after 3 - 4 hours and pink tones always brightens up my skin which is great.

Care to share what Benefit products do you like the best? Do feel free to comment!
XOXO

Chanel Lastest Spring 2014 Rouge Allure Intense Long Wearing Colour: Rayonnante (#145)

Hi my lovely ladies! Oops and yes I did it again, another lipstick and this time is from the latest Chanel Spring 2014 Collection. This is my ever first Chanel lipstick from their Rouge Allure Line. I got it last friday which is 4th April and they just launched and brought in their counters in Singapore, heard it from their counter staff.

First of all, their packaging. If you know the Rouge Allure Lipsticks, they stand out because of the super luxurious black and gold packaging. The gold part with the Chanel logo is actually where the lipstick is and you can click it out. Super convenient and handy.

I wanted to get another lipstick from their Coco Shine line but I was only drawn to this one and only colour.
Chanel Rouge Allure Intense Long Wearing Colour: Rayonnante (#145) (SGD $46) is a deep fuchsia with a slight mauve tone and shimmer. This shade simply makes my heart skip a beat. The intense, long wearing colour with full coverage and a satin finish wears well on me for a standard 4 hours on my lips. Does not feel drying but just in case I always put on a lip balm first. This beautiful shade makes my skin whiter and brighter which I always very nice.

I would love to try and get more of their different line of lipsticks. Great formula and was what I was expecting from a luxurious brand. Any recommendations for other line and colour from Chanel ladies? Please let me know and I would love to know what is your favourite colour from them too.

Bare Minerals: Illuminating White Treatment

I've managed to grab this back from Sephora's sales section about November last year for just SGD $20 @(28g/0.9 oz), and just started using it at the beginning of March with my morning regime. I got to admit I have way too many products to use up and nearly forgot about this even exists (heehee). *P.S: I got their Active Cell Renewal Night Gel the same time too but will be reviewing it later as I only have started using for just 1 week.

I like their simple, clean and sleek packaging, for the first time trying Bare Minerals Skin Care I must say I am quite pleased. Side note for those who don't know the steps in skin care: you got to use this right after your Cleanser first then toner and before your moisturizer, anything that says treatment, essence, serum is always before moisturizer.

This Illuminating White Treatment seems to be aimed and targeted towards the Asian Market, we love anything that can even out and brighten out our skin tone. The best is this is formulated without parabens, synthetic fragrances and artificial oils.

Bare Minerals: Illuminating White Treatment combines ginger and time-released vitamin C with a blend of brightening minerals to target stubborn pigmentation, including age spots, sun spots and pigmentation from acne scars.

Key Ingredients:

  • Mineral Brightening Blend - Blend of calcium & magnesium refines & retexturizes skin while improving the skin barrier for a radiant complexion.
  • Time-Released Vitamin C - This whitening ingredient is time-released to prolong its skin-lightening effects. Fades the appearance of overactive pigmentation like dark spots, age spots, sun spots, darken pores and pigmentation from acne scars for a more even looking skin.
  • Tropical Ginger Extract - A traditional medicinal herb found in tropics of southeast Asia, helps prevent future discoloration so skin looks lighter and whiter.
  • Vitamin E - Skin-enhancing ingredient promotes skin vitality & helps prevent future damage to give skin a healthy-looking glow.
The texture is like a milky white gel, it is super light weight and adsorbs into my skin really fast, it does not affect my super oily T-Zone (I have got a very oily T-Zone and dry spots at certain parts of my face). I have been using this for the past month and haven't notice an significant difference, but it does take some time for whitening cream to work. It does brighten up a bit and I do love the texture and will keep using it to see if it works better.

If there is another chance of getting it at a bargain price again I definitely will get it.
Let me know if you have tried it!

Have a great weekend!

Maybelline Lip Polish by Color Sensational (GLAM12)

Its been a while since I bought any products from Maybelline, I simply just do not like or even tempted by any of them in Singapore. The ranges here saddens me not to say that all are made in China now a days. Trust me, most of my fellow Singaporeans don't like any beauty products that are made in China and some are even paranoid.

Not until the Maybelline Lip Polish came out I wouldn't be caught buying their products at all! They are called Color Elixir outside of Asia. The boring part is that they don't have any nice or cute names for different shades just letters & numbers. The formula are different too from outside Asia, that is what  I have seen/heard from other blogs.

Now lets talk about the packaging, it is cute and convenient the size is only slightly bigger then their lipstick bullet which can easily fit into the handbag, not to mention that you could tell what shade from the tube itself. The wand is a smoothing angora brush that delivers an even application.

Maybelline Lip Polish by Color Sensational: Glam12 (SGD $19.90) is a 3 in 1 potion, a lipstick, a gloss and a balm in a tube. Glam12 is a dark red with tiny sliver shimmers leaning a bit to the burgundy shade family (doesn't seems to look the same in the lip swatch below, its a pretty deep red).  I do love the formula which is not at all sticky, has a great colour payoff, light weight, glides on easily and the best part is I do not have to wear any lip balm underneath because it is really moisturizing. It does leave a slight stain too. The staying power for me is about 3 - 4hours and will have to reapply after food and drinks.

There is currently 10 shades available in Singapore and you could get it any Watson and Guardian stores. Definitely recommend to try these out, great for lazy people like me *heehee*.

P.S : I know I am extremely late to review these lip polishes but it is the only product from Maybelline that I truly love!

Catrice: Defining Blush Rosewood Forest (#060) & Apropos Apricot (#050)

Hi my lovely ladies, sorry I've been so busy arranging and tidying up my room ever since my new furniture arrived that I have no time to sit down and blog. Finally everything is done and I can sit down and properly get on writing with my next review. So here goes....

Catrice is a great affordable brand from Europe, has reach Singapore shores last year 2013. They do not carry out or commission any testing on animals and this applies to the end products as well as to all ingredients. Their suppliers are required to certify in writing that their products have been manufactured without testing on animals.

Their prices are just a tiny bit more then Essence's products but the quality is great considering that the price is still very reasonable and affordable.

Top: Rosewood Forest (#060) Bottom: Apropos Apricot (#050)

Their defining blush comes in 6 different shades, the ultra-fine, highly-pigmented blush is formulated with vitamin C & E blends easily onto the cheeks.

The packaging is simple, sleek, compact and it is quite sturdy.

Catrice Defining Blush: Rosewood Forest (#060) (SGD $6.90) is a deep plummy rose shade with a matte finish and very pigmented. The texture is really soft and very easy to blend. I have to go with a very light hand and a fluffy brush for I am quite fair and could look like a clown if I am not careful.

Catrice Defining Blush: Apropos Apricot (#050) is a peachy shade with gold shimmers on my skin-tone. The texture is exactly the same so soft and blends so easily. It is a perfect shade for Spring and Summer and with a bit of bronzer you will have a sun-kissed look.

Left: Rosewood Forest (#060) Right: Apropos Apricot (#050)

I would definitely recommend if you are on a tight budget and doesn't break your bank or just starting out on makeup . These are so cheap compare to Revlon, Maybelline or even Loreal which can easily cost up to SGD $18 - SGD $25.

Have a great day!! XOXO!!
